  29. SP-ProjectMan is a program that's intended to maintain coherancy of common
  30. sources files between programmers working on different projects.

  32. The programmers could work on the same workstation, on different workstations
  33. of the same kind, or even on different workstation with heterogenous operating
  34. systems.

  36. This program is definitely not as complete as CVS, SCCS or other project
  37. management tools. However, it was designed to be easily portable under any
  38. operating systems and through any LAN software.It only needs to have file and
  39. directory access and also simple file protection capabilities. It doesn't use
  40. links nor multiuser control.

  50. As SP-ProjectMan 1.0 offers subprojects support, the projects
  51. and references files organisation has been considerably changed.
  52. Old organisation cannot be maintained. You have to reconstruct
  53. all of your projects.

  55. This may seem a big problem. In fact, as you will for sure use
  56. sub projects feature, you'll have all the way to reconfigure
  57. your projects.
